Precautions
Precautions
- Concentration: Always use diluted glycerin, as prolonged pure application can draw too much moisture, potentially irritating the skin.
- Sensitive Skin: Perform a patch test on a small area of skin before broader use, especially if you have sensitive skin.
- Climatic Conditions: Avoid using glycerin in extremely dry conditions, as it could draw moisture from the skin into the air, leading to increased dryness.

How to use glycerine oil:
For the skin:
- Daily Moisturizer: Mix a few drops of glycerin with your usual moisturizer and apply to clean, slightly damp skin.
- Hydrating Spray: Mix rose water and a few drops of glycerin in a spray bottle to create a hydrating spray. Spray on face and body as needed.
- Hydrating Mask: Mix glycerin with honey and mashed avocado for an intensive hydrating mask. Apply to face, leave on for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.
For hair:
- Conditioner: Add a few drops of glycerin to your usual conditioner for a moisturizing boost.
- Hair Mask: Mix glycerin with olive oil or coconut oil and apply to hair. Leave on for 30 minutes to 1 hour before rinsing and washing as usual.
- Hair Moisturizing Spray: Mix distilled water, a few drops of glycerin, and an essential oil of your choice in a spray bottle. Spray on damp or dry hair to maintain hydration and reduce frizz.
- Scalp Treatment: Massage a few drops of glycerin directly onto the scalp to soothe dryness and itching. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes before rinsing.
